Dale Gorny with Arizona Prime Real-Estate has been managing my property in Apache Junction since September of 2007. As a homeowner moving 1200 miles away from my property I was very weary of the aspect of having a renter. Dale has made this transition very comfortable for me and I trust her fully. My tenants are not the standard renters by the definition. They are a non-profit home servicing Pinal County. This was not well accepted within the neighborhood and has caused many issues that Dale has handled in my absent. She has represented me and my husband with professionalism, knowledge and compassion to my renters. She has attended meeting after hours to verify that my renters and I are represented fairly and to give me a voice.
I have had no problems with disbursement of funds. I notify Dale where to send funds on a monthly basis whether it be property tax, utilities or directly to me and I can trust that it will be taken care of for me. Dale is highly self-motivated and well capable of achieving any task that her organization takes on. Dale has proven to be a valuable resource and I have looked to her for innovative direction in all areas of my property.
I have refereed many individuals to AZ Prime who are considering renting in the poor sales market and will continue to do so in the future.
