Rental Market Heating UP
When Real Estate sales go soft, many people turn to the rental market for long or short term residence. Renting your property instead of selling is often a good way to wait for a stronger market. If you are not able to buy or sell now, Arizona Prime Estates may help you find a suitable solution. We have tenants for Seasonal Properties.

Give It Back!
Several years ago there was a movie called "Pay It Forward". The premise was, an 11 year old boy figured out a way to actually change things in our world. He determined that if he went out and did three major good deeds for three people, and only asked that they, in return, do three deeds for three people, etceteras, that pretty soon, good deeds would be everywhere. What a simple idea. And why not? How many of us have thought that we have been pretty fortunate in life? Do you have a job? Good health? Great family? Do you ever think that you would like to do a little returning but don't know how? Most of us have been there at one time or another. Sometimes, when we least expect it, an opportunity arises that gives you the chance to "Pay It Forward".
A recent study of volunteerism in this country actually found that Arizona is near the top of the list of states that regularly enlists volunteers. There are many ways we can assist others, and the easiest way is to get involved with a volunteer group.
The Volunteer Center of Pinal County (VCPC) is here for just that purpose. If you are looking for volunteer jobs or are in need of volunteer assistance, contact the VCPC at 480-982-9353, email them at volunteercenter@earthlink.net or find them online at http://www.volunteercenterpinal.org

East Mesa/Apache Junction Community
- Have you seen the great new shopping complex at Signal Butte & the 60? No need to go into the city for your purchases, although the new Loop 202 is making the journey much easier now & there's so much more on the horizon.
- The AJ Town Center LLC, that was in the process of redeveloping the downtown area, has rescinded their offer to do the actual construction. The reasons they say are that the city has not agreed to all of their terms. The city was in the process of amending the agreement to eliminate some of the uncertain terms in the contract. Negotiations are still an option. More later!
- Over 1,000 acres of state land sold in December 2006 to a development firm, Desert Communities, for $58,600,000/ The firm from Las Vegas is required to master plan the entire 12 square miles of the Lost Dutchman Heights community, including the infrastructure, roadways, land use and urban planning. New homes as well as commercial properties will be sprouting up in a few years bringing a new tax base and value to the area.
- Habitat for Humanity opened the first ever housing subdivision in A.J. with 18 new homes being built for needy families. One of the unique features of this project comes from SRP. The electric company is a tremendous supporter of the community and proves it by providing the homes with solar electric systems, to reduce the homeowners electric bills by 30-40 percent. They also are sponsoring one of the new homes being built. Way to go SRP!
